Danish CPR number (Det Centrale Personregister) is a lifelong identification number essential for living, working, and accessing services in Denmark. It serves as a national ID for taxation, banking, healthcare (yellow card), and public authority communication.
It is typically issued when registering residency for over three months. It gives Danes their vote automatically when they reach 18, and others when they get Danish citizenship in real time. It is mandatory to keep one’s permanent address updated.

Ireland has between 33,000 and 34,000 registered Non-Governmental Bodies or charities, mostly funded by the Government in one way or another. Along with this, we have a Housing Crisis, despite billions of euros being poured into Social Housing through 438 Registered Approved Housing Bodies and the expensive HAP (Housing Accommodation Scheme).
