Niall Spoke To Contraversial Transgender Woman Jessica Yaniv

In this blast from the past from four years ago (2019) Niall spoke to Jessica Yaniv on her controversial case against a salon professional that refused to wax her/his bikini line because she was a biological male. The topic has caused outrage in the transgender community. On the podcast Niall has a heated discussion with Jessica Yaniv about the incident which caused outrage in the transgender community. Sadly the debate got too much for Jessica and the conversation ended quite abruptly as you will hear at the end. Jessica demanded that local beauty salons performed a full body wax on male genatalia, even though they only provided services to women. Jessica suggested the this was a case of discrimination becuase she had male genitalia.

Jessica  claimed numerous Vancouver estheticians discriminated against based on her ‘gender identity and gender expression’ when she requested a Brazilian bikini wax.

But at the time a court found the claims were found to be ‘unjustified‘ and ‘improperly motivated’ by financial gain.
